We are VERY careful when cutting the leather and creating your leather artwork to ensure the final piece looks as it appears in the photo or even better. Each piece is inspected, cleaned and conditioned before shipped. Natural markings in leather or suede DO NOT constitute reason for a return or exchange.  Please do not abuse or mishandle the leather accessories, expecting a refund.
